What Apify handles

Frameskim runs on Apify. Your Apify account, billing, run inputs, run logs and results (frames, text and the run summary) live in Apify's storage for your account, with the retention of your Apify plan, under Apify's privacy policy.

What OpenRouter receives

In moments mode, your query and the text of the video's transcript are sent to OpenRouter to score which parts answer the query. Requests are made with data_collection: deny, so only providers that do not retain or train on the data are used. Other modes send nothing to OpenRouter.

What Frameskim keeps

• A search counter per Apify user ID: the number of moments searches in the current month (free plan) or day (paid plans). Each new period overwrites the previous one, so no history is kept.
• A blocklist: IDs of videos and channels whose owners asked us to stop processing them. It contains no data about people.

Frameskim keeps no frames, videos or transcripts outside your run's own Apify storage. Downloaded video files are deleted inside the run as soon as the frames are cut.

This website

frameskim.dev is served by Cloudflare Pages and measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not track visitors across sites. Frameskim receives only aggregate visit counts; no cookies are set. The fonts are served from frameskim.dev itself, so your browser contacts no font provider.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the data about you (your search counter) by email to [email protected], free of charge. We answer access requests within 10 days and correction or deletion requests within 5 business days.
